A little routine care can help keep your window treatments looking and operating their best.
For routine maintenance, lightly dust or vacuum using a brush attachment and low suction. Small areas may be spot cleaned with mild soap. Avoid harsh detergents, aggressive stain removers and dry cleaning. For deep stains or soil, professional ultrasonic cleaning may be appropriate.
Dust regularly, vacuum using low suction, or use cool air to gently remove dust. Avoid wet spot cleaning. Professional ultrasonic cleaning may be suitable when deeper cleaning is required.
Occasional light vacuuming with a brush attachment helps remove dust and debris. Natural materials can be sensitive to moisture, so do not use water or liquid cleaners.
Dust or lightly vacuum regularly. Painted and stained wood finishes may be cleaned with an appropriate furniture polish and a soft cloth. Never use water on wood products.
Use a vacuum brush attachment lightly for regular maintenance. Spot cleaning with water, club soda, soaps or household cleansers is not recommended. For deeper cleaning, use a professional cleaner experienced with decorative window treatment fabrics.
Dust or vacuum for routine cleaning. When deeper cleaning is necessary, use a mild detergent diluted with water and apply with a soft cotton cloth. Wipe with clean water afterward and dry with a cloth.
Dust, vacuum or spot clean as needed. Vinyl vanes may be removed and immersed in water for cleaning. Allow the vanes to dry thoroughly before returning them to normal use.
Never submerge a remote or spray cleaner directly onto it. Lightly wipe plastic surfaces with a soft cloth dampened with a mild soap solution. Keep moisture away from openings, batteries and electronic components.
