At Roadrunner Window Fashions, we’re more than a window treatment company—we’re family. Owned and operated by two brothers born in San Antonio, Texas, we bring pride, craftsmanship, and integrity to every home. When you work with us, you work with real people who know the area, understand your needs, and take the time to do it right. From consultation to install, we’re hands-on and fully invested in your satisfaction.

Today, we also proudly partner with major membership-based retailers to serve the greater San Antonio community with premium blinds, shades, shutters, and more.

Our Story

Our business started as a small solar screen company in 2007—founded by Carlos and our father, Julian Guerra Sr., an Army Vietnam veteran and proud Texan. In 2009, Julian Jr. joined the team after a decade-long career as an account executive with the San Antonio Spurs (and yes—four NBA Championships!).

Carlos, who studied at Southwest Texas State, brought years of hands-on experience from Home Depot and Lowe’s. He’s a dedicated husband and father of three—one in college, one in high school, and a toddler who keeps him on his toes. Our dad has since retired but still serves as a consultant and guiding voice for the company.

Julian Jr. is also a proud husband and father of two. His son Kevin is a UT Austin graduate and engineer working on the BWRX-300 small modular reactor project with GE Vernova. His youngest, Troy, is a collegiate wrestler at the University at Buffalo. Julian’s wife works at the NE Lakeview college library.

Both Julian and his wife are alumni of the University of Texas at San Antonio—home of the Roadrunners, which inspired our company name. In 2018, we transitioned to Roadrunner Window Fashions, expanding our offerings and becoming a trusted source for premium window treatments across the area.
